Captain Damon Sacco

Captain Damon Sacco is the founder and owner of Castafari Inc, and serves on the company's Board of Directors. Since starting the company in 1998, he has developed Castafari into a highly respected sportfishing entity with global recognition. Captain Damon's goal is to share his lifestyle as an offshore boat captain with the entire world.

Christopher A. Frosk

Christopher A. Frosk, is executive vice president of sales & marketing and serves on the company's Board of Directors. Chris has responsibilities for digital sales, strategic partnerships and marketing. Since joining Castafari he has been instrumental combining technology with strategy to enable connective entertainment techniques for Castafari partners.

Samuel Roach

Samuel Roach, is vice president responsible for flash programming and graphic design with particular focus on interactive media. Sam has won numerous awards for his art direction, illustration, copywriting, animation, and flash programming. Awards include Communication Arts Advertising Annual, Cannes Cyberlions, One Show Awards, Hatch Awards, and MIMIC. Sam's clients have included BMW, Puma, Comcast, Fidelity Investments, Hasbro and Wallstreet Journal.

Scott Miller

Scott Miller is vice president of music and online video production for Castafari Inc. Scott has over 25 years of professional experience in the music industry, and his musical exploits have taken him around the globe touring in the States, Canada, and Europe. Scott has performed with artists such as Santana, Bruce Hornesby, Jackson Brown, and 10,000 Maniacs. He is an accomplished composer, and continues to create original music that is frequently used in the film, tv, and digital media industries.

Daniel L. Hnatio

Daniel L. Hnatio is responsible for film and video production. Dan brings to Castafari 25 years of production experience. He has produced for WGBH Boston, CNN, ABC, CBS, PBS and ARD German Television. He has won prestigious awards for his work such as MIMC, International Television Association, Special Award: Director of Photography and Mari-Med Association. Dan is currently and adjunct professor at both Emerson College and Framingham State University.

Mike Laptew

Mike Laptew is responsible for underwater footage aboard the Castafari. His footage is broadcast on TV: PBS, Saltwater Sportsman and Walkers' Cay Chronicles and in the International Game Fish Association Museum. Mike brings decades of underwater experience to the team. Mike has produced three DVDs: Stripers in Paradise, Striper Magic and his most recent production, Stripers Gone Wild.

Jennifer Kano

Jennifer Kano is responsible for web site development, e-commerce, content management, and database-driven web applications. Fishing and recreational boating web sites have been one of her specialties since starting her web development business, WebWorks Design, in 1996.

 

David E. Condon is legal counsel. Since joining Merrick, Louison & Costello, LLP in 2001, David has specialized in business law, property, investment and tax. He serves as general counsel to several start-up business ventures. David is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and is a member of the Massachusetts Conveyance Association.
